The "drop mic" task (I had to look that up) is (presumably) on a boat at the eastern end of Ile de la Cite (viewpoint).

Slowhatch:
For a few frames in "brain surgery" you can see a bit of a mill sail. I'd guess the team is standing next to the museum--in fact, probably here.
