Also, forgot to add, if the picture was posted by Phil not long ago (i.e. after the presumed end of the Krakow leg), he could just be leaving the country with production to the next destination to get in front of the teams.
I mean, it's a possibility.

And also, I don't think anyone else has brought it up yet, but one of the first 4 legs is not an elimination, because Peach confirmed that 8 teams were racing in Zambia (leg 5).

Which could be a sign for an F4 finale again...?

I don't see how it could be a sign for that - with the F4 finale, we either have a NEL on leg 11 and then 4 teams start leg 12, or the 4th team is eliminated on leg 11 and we have the usual F3 start leg 12.
Unless I don't understand something, the other NELs don't seem to make a difference.
