Phil shows up on the TV screen, houseguests don't know what happens. Where's Julie? Phil reveals the BB Takeover twist, and the 1st twist is Double Trouble. He says that a pair from The Amazing Race will become houseguests and play as a couple for the 1st week. But first, they have to pair up. Then, Jeff and Jackie come into the house. Houseguests become crazy, and HoH competition starts after the greetings.

I would guess that some of the special guests will be promoting new CBS shows in the fall line up. They have certainly done that in the past

battle of the block being back is going to make this season like 10 times worse the girl cast so far is fabulous but ugh how the heck was botb fan favorite?!?!? I'm really disgusted right now and lost all excitement for BB17

I feel like BotB is better then the alternative (food comps) but I didn't like it that much but we will have to see how it plays out.

Disagree. With food comps, at least the whole house suffers instead of a select few. I've grown sick of the Have Not thing by now. They could switch things up every once in a while.

I can see BOB is only to cover the two premiere nights so they need to have two HOHs anyway. But Julie did say that we'll have our FIRST BoB this week so it can hold on for a few weeks. Let's just hope it doesn't hold on for too long like last season did.

I like BoTB - if people want to actually play the game (unlike the BB16 cast) it is a good twist imo.

yeah and it's not just one side controlling HOH every single week.

I think for the next five weeks we'll have BOB. After five weeks they'll see if the twin is still in and producers will just go from there. If BBTakeOver is what I think it is, I don't really see it having that much of an impact game-wise. But more on that later since I might spoil the unthinkable lol
