TAR 27 - Pre-race Speculation: (No wishlists)

- For Asia, I think Mongolia and South Korea would be nice choice. (Overdue since 10 and 17) And both countries can be access easily from China (Which I think might be visit this season). India/Sri Lanka + Maldives combo would be nice to see too. If they decide to visit South East Asia too, one leg in Burma or Laos would make sense as new country too. Or Brunei instead of repetitive Indonesia.
- Africa, likely to get skipped.
- South America, Chile and Peru is out. I think Brazil/Ecuador (Galapagos)/Bolivia/Uruguay would be cool since all of them were overdue. I think we might get 2-4 SA legs start this season though.
- Oceania, they NEED to visit other countries than NZ and Australia! I think we might get 1-2 legs, Fiji or Papau New Guinea would be nice choice.
- Europe, we got overload Europe for past couple seasons (Esp. 23-24-25) I think just 2-3 legs in Europe, 1 Scandinavian and 1-2 in Central Europe would be nice. Finland is SO overdue!
- North America, I'd like to see Trinidad-Tobago/Costa Rica/Bahamas as leg 1 or 11. But since they just do Virgin Island in 25, I think they might save it for other season.

I absolutely agree with you. :hoot: However, Papua New Guinea is very dangerous to travel in.

4. Asia. India or Indonesia; it's either both of them or only one of them, since those countries have been regularly visited, and we haven't seen them for a while. There's no way they will skip them. I have no idea about the other Asian countries.
5. Oceania. The last time we have a leg in Oceania is TAR 22, so they may come back. Maybe using an unused leg in Australia from TAR24?
Team
1. A parent/child team. I speculate a father/daughter or mother/son. We haven't had a decent father/daughter since Gallory or mother/son since Margie & Luke, so they will cast at least one of the combos?
2. An older couple. It's been missing since Bill & Cathi.

I'm sorry but Seychelles is in Africa and they had just visited Phillipines in 25 so there's no way they're gonna visit it this season.
I also think that they won't visit Southeast Asia for a while since Thailand was just visited. I think for Asia they'll pick either China or India again (or surprisingly first visit to Maldives? :hoot: )
