What would really be interesting is if the route was all islands.

Not so surprised asian team were already eliminated, but I thought the male asian team would be one of the first ones out

Shades of season one, literally:

Quote
Rome airport wildcat strike grounds flights

ROME (AP) — Passengers at Rome's second airport are facing long lines and flight cancellations because of a wildcat strike by baggage handlers.

The unannounced strike began Wednesday morning at Ciampino, a hub for Ryanair and other discount airlines. About 850 workers of Groundcare, one of seven private companies that handle unloading baggage and cargo at Rome airports, are striking to recover back pay. Groundcare recently filed for bankruptcy protection.

Ciampino was paralyzed by the dispute, and airport employees passed out water and hotel information to frustrated, stranded customers during the peak tourist season in Rome.

Flights were cancelled into Wednesday evening. Italy's civil aviation authorities were meeting with Groundcare and the workers to try to resolve the dispute.

We have been very lucky this season with people happening to be in the right place at the right time, or realizing they can be at the right place in time. (There's a pun there somewhere.)
But it makes for a more interesting season when it airs because we'll be asking "why?" "why?" (and you can read that any way you want, they all fit! :) )

It would be about time for some good luck! Our luck has been pretty weak the last few seasons. Lots of legs in major cities and we found little in the way of sightings. I still can't believe that no one at all saw anything in Las Vegas.

All Lerwick car parks

http://carparkmaps.co.uk/carparks/Lerwick

Sorry, none of these are ringing a bell. I remember the clue mentioned Lerwick in the title of the place they needed to go and it made a note about the fact that they had prepaid parking tickets. Looking at these car parks on street view, the only one possibly appropriate for them to look for 'the puffin on foot' would be Seafield car park.

...LOL, self driving on the right, oh boy!!

So far, except for NY, all transportation/driving has been on the right. USVI, England, Scotland, Shetland are all LHT/RHD (left hand traffic / right hand driving) territories.

If the trend continues, Wales, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, South Africa, Mozambique, Mauritius, may be next... just a thought.

Malta and Cyprus have never been visited before, right? ;)

International flights don't leave from the Shetland Islands anyway. Teams will have to fly back to Scotland via Sumburgh airport and then to their next destination for Leg 4. Sumburgh is the main airport on the Shetland Islands they will have to go via there if they don't catch another ferry.

Would guess Edinburgh or Aberdeen would be likely destinations from the Shetland Islands for Leg 4 for teams to catch a flight to their next destination.

Maybe you should include teams that are safe and at risk of elimination??? Leg 1 all teams but pink female team are apparently safe

To add to this, Asian couple was out in Leg 2. The 9 other teams are still safe.

Glasgow has a large international airport too

I think they will take a flight at Edinburgh because it is the busiest airport in Scotland
Based on that, in my opinion, those are the options for leg 4 in order:
Netherlands
Norway
Denmark
Belgium
France
Germany
Poland
Czech Republic
Hungary
I wish they could go to Luxembourg

Hoping for Leg #4 in Prague with a switchback featuring the telephones Kafka roadblock (and make it way more challenging this time).

We can't be sure the teams won't be routed back into London so Glasgow isn't the only possible connection in the UK.

4 is Michael and Scott.

Anyway, I'm surprised that they still have 4 hours leading. We saw team GayAsian & team Wrestlers at the same time with Team Surfers and Team Dentists. The task might be hard.
So excited to see what really happened.

Anyway, thank Scott14 and his friend for awesome job.  :hearts:
