It could be a new franchise. Maybe the Ecuador edition is back and more regionally ambitious. Maybe it's a Pekin Express version, though it doesn't seem like they would be dressing teams up and having them try to raise money through picture taking.

Only TAR I'm aware of that would have been filming at the moment is Vietnam, from that Instagram picture I posted a month ago with the logo and "October 2017". But that's probably wrapped up by now.
