Something to keep  in mind:

Over the years, school calendars and college academic calendars have gradually crept earlier and earlier. While some states still require public school calendars not to start classes before US Labor Day (the first Monday in September), many others have moved the start date into August, and some into mid-August. Same thing for colleges and universities. The primary reason for all of this is to allow exams to take place before Christmas and to use the winter break to mark a break in academic semesters, so the so-called spring semester starts right after New Years. The results is that the school year end by the end of April beginning of May andthus causes graduations, and school year-end finals and activities to also fall in late April - early May; and it also means some families take vacations right after in May or June.

It isn't a direct correspondence to daylight savings, but by the first week in May sunset in many places appears to be well after 8:00 pm. Thus, time shifted viewing to a different night or week, is becoming a bigger and bigger factor in viewership during this period. Except as a relative (and not absolute measurement), ratings are losing some of their value in measuring audiences. It's been a long developing trend, but I'm realizing how many different factors are now contributing to it.

Meanwhile, here is official CBS press release of the weekly ratings ending 4/29:
