I already posted this on Page 1, but not with your screenshots! Bing Maps calls the island 'Koh Nom Sao'.

I remember Dom El (and credit goes to you)! Bing had it mislabelled which is why I got confused and couldn't match the shot, plus Google sends you to all sorts of crazy places if you try to search for Ko Nom Sao.
According to this and this Ko Nom Sao is the little pair of islets 3km to the northeast of Ko Raya Ring, which is the big island.

Good find! This is where the big name map sites let you down.. Its always better to trust a traditional hand-labelled map!

I couldn't make any sense of the Bing link either. It gives a map of the entire Earth and asks:

But I still don't see where the cliff for the Roadblock is. Could be Phi Phi since the boat company talks about it.

But it looks like the Muslim stilt village is set against a backdrop of towering limestone cliffs.
