That is indeed the same company that Prophet found earlier: Nonthasak Marine. Their dock is the one that Chateau posted just above you.

Finally got an exact map match! (And we knew it was South Thailand since Episode 1...) South is oriented up in these maps. The island's called Ko Raya Ring.
