Melinda Ademi who was one of the top 61 on this season's American Idols and happens to be a very close friend of my nieces is furthing her singing career after American Idol

Yes she is! she's awesome, pretty, soo genuine and very very articulate! add that to an incredible singer and she WILL go far!

Melinda has surpassed her 500 mark early this morning.

But the voting needs to continue thru tonight till 11:59pm EST to secure a place in the top 20!

Melinda was recently in 11th place with votes!
