Man... I love the editing of TAR! I'm sure that with the previews, all of us would have thought that it was for sure Jill and Thomas and Nick and Vicki who would use the U-Turn. But no, it was Nat and Kat instead of the latter! I wouldn't have expected the doctors to use the U-Turn, since they've said before that they wish to be nice and accumulate good karma. But I agree with their decision, any one of the three teams on the last flight would have been eliminated, they just had to stay alive. And I love how they did it so coolly. I'm just loving Nat and Kat so much!
Other than that, this episode was pretty much as it is. I mean... Jill and Thomas with a 7-hour lead? It would take them to go to the wrong country to lose it. (Well other than operation hours, that is). And then you have Nick and Vicki with a 3-hour lead over the other three teams. Lastly, we have two out of the three teams being U-Turned. It just basically comes down to two teams.
It was exciting towards the end though. We gotta give Brook and Claire and Chad and Stephanie props for catching up to Nat and Kat at the Roadblock! Or perhaps it's just the doctors that were really slow this leg hmm. I must say it got really exciting when the three ladies were close to finishing the Roadblock. For a moment I thought that the two U-Turned teams had a chance to catch up!
I like how Chad and Stephanie were pretty cool about being U-Turned. Yes, Chad had his sarcasms during the Roadblock, but other than that, they took it really well, I thought. They didn't kick up a big fuss over it. It was sweet, their ending confessional. I believe that Chad's a way nicer guy in real life than on television. I wish them a blissful marriage!
