I have to admit that I do not understand why if teams were spotted going to Zurich Tuesday, they wouldn't after one more leg in Switzerland have been on their way to wherever at least one day before today. However, after 5 years of working with her on RFF, I trust Peach totally and know that her Rio inclination is based on special knowledge. So, she emailed me from advance TARCON XVII activities and asked me to provide some flight information from Zurich to Rio. Not only will I do that, but i will also take you back to the U.S. East Coast from Rio.
There are 4 possibilities that started about 45 minutes ago:

Once teams need to get back to the U.S., say on Monday, here are the nonstop possibilities to the East Coast (I was surprised to find a nonstop to Houston but have ignored anything west of Atlanta):

There are no nonstop flights to Orlando, to Boston or to Philadelphia. Dr. Rox, Continental does fly from GIG to EWR some days of the week, but not on crucial Mondays so I did not include it on the above list.
