Thomas finishes in 4th.

Gary finish in 5th.

Gary & Mallory team #4,  Jill and THomas had to go back for their bags.

Michael gets the 2nd on the first try.  Stephanie does #2.  Michael does #3, head to Pit Stop.  And a what should be a huge penalty.

Jill & Thomas have trouble paying cab.  Michael & Kevin also have trouble paying.

Cab drivers are holding the bags to get paid.  Teams should know in advance that cabs are expensive in Russia.

I assume that the penalties should be different because they took cabs for different lengths of time.  But didn't something similar happen in All Stars??

Although the last two teams will both have penalties, I think the difference in times will be too much for Michael/Kevin to overcome. Hope I'm wrong though.

Probably Michael & Kevin will get 30 min for when they hired the cab to guide them + 30 min +advantage for the part Brook & Claire corrected, with Chad & Steph only getting the latter.

Looks like Michael & Kevin had more than 30 minutes to go into their penalty.  If they'd gotten the first of those three pins done sooner, they'd still be in the Race.  Of course, if they'd also paid more attention to the clues, they'd still be in the Race.
