You can't "save" a Blind U-turn for future legs as this is no impact on your ability to use a regular U-turn as a result of using a Blind U-turn. They are separate and distinct.

To solidify that there is no Roadblock: Jordan (not the dumb one) told us that he did 1 Roadblock while Dan did 3. This means there were 4 Roadblocks before the Slice-the-Bottle Roadblock.
