Why am I such an idiot.  That should be a bonus question.

I need to rename this week's game it should say Week 9.  ANd I will check on why it isn't running yet.  Thank you for catching my stupidity.

So... what does the point mean?

I think it means whichever racer makes a point in the volleyball game first. A.K.A. scoring.

And remember Hooky, I wasn't kidding.  Puddin is just waiting to ban the person who is currently 2nd if they don't pass Peach.

G-Man

I may not always agree, but I really do appreciate someone who really takes the time to question both what my "answers" are but the results when I score the game.  After all twice (out of the last four weeks) you have got errors I have made when scoring the game.

So... what does the point mean?

If you are referring to this question:

15 points - Which racer is the first shown making a point?

Boy I really should have worded this one better.

This does in fact refer to the volleyball match, and the first racer to make "Score" a point?

OK, you asked for it.  For starters:  You do mean on the quiz page that TAR15 Week 9 closes at 7:55PM on November 15, not that it has already closed on November 8, don't you?

I hope MSwood does not get stuck in the mud trying to get the right answers to her quiz.  To wit:

I could not hear (and my 81 year old ears aren't that sharp anyway) anyone say the title.

After leaving the pit stop, Meghan and Cheyne are first to open the next clue (but it is a roadblock, not a route marker); they also are the first to read the hidden message on the scroll (is this a route marker) and after the mud volleyball they are the first to read a clue marked "route marker" which leads them to the pit stop.  So, I guess no matter what MSwood considers a "route marker" Meghan and Cheyne are the first to do so.

It really is never shown who gets on the Ferry first.  The first we see of people on the ferry are Gary and Matt entering their stateroom.  But are they the first to board the ship?  So I guess the answer "not shown" is the most correct.

Dan and Sam are shown first running down the long passageway off the ship to the taxi stand outside the terminal.

As far as I can determine Gary and Matt are in FOURTH PLACE when they get to the Speed Bump.  We have seen Meghan and Cheyne, Sam and Dan, Brian and Erika arrive at the Green Door before we see Gary and Matt.  So that makes them fourth.

This one is tricky.  Which team loses the most placings completing the Detour?

If we consider the beginning of the detour the moment that the teams get the detour clue, than Brian and Erika go from First down to Fourth or a difference of minus 4.  But if we consider the start of the detour the moment the teams arrive at the actual mud bog site, then Dan and Sam go from second down to third or minus one.  The other teams remain the same except the Globetrotters who go up from third to second.
