Phil: This is Jaipur, jewel of NW India. Founded 300 years ago by a Maharajah, it's known for its beauty. This sky high fortress was the 6th pitstop in a Race around the world.

Tammy/Victor, CLUE, 10:21 am. Fly to Phuket, Thailand.
Two thousand miles. Using only this picture as a reference, find the Gorilla Statue at the Phuket Zoo.
They have to purchase tix at a ticket agent or summat.

Dad jokes that the only Thai he speaks is Mai Tai. No giggles ensued.

Tammy/Vic show up at the huge ticket agency. They'll arrive Phuket 8:50 am tomorrow.

Kisha/Jen, 11:02 am. Head for travel agency.
Conf: They don't want any alliances or anything.

Margie/Luke, 11:03 am. In the most obvious foreshadowing of the evening, Margie conf: I get tired moving my arms translating for Luke.
Jaime/Cara leave close behind them.

Mark/Michael leave in last, 11:11 am.
They talk about Phuket's diving.
Kids put their hands in Kisha/Jen's cab to beg for money.
Kisha is a middle school programs coordinator, so she can't resist.
Kisha/Jen arrive at the travel agent in last place.
Jaime/Cara not there yet, though. They went elsewhere to buy tix.
Seems like everyone has the same flight.

They arrive Phuket, 14 hrs later.
Teams run out of the airport for taxis.
They have gorilla statue pics.
They show the pics to their drivers.
It's a RRRAAACCCEEEEE people!
Unfortunately, Jaime/Cara's driver doesn't understand "RACE" at all.
Unfortunately Tammy/Vic can't get a cab at all.
Okay, finally they do.

Teams all stop somewhere to get directions. Follow the leader! You ask, we ask! You get out, we get out!

Mark/Michael driver says "it's in Phuket Zoo." They go!
Mel/Mike, who held back, follow.
Kisha/Jen next behind them.
Jaime/Cara in their cab seem to be running their own race.

Animals! Roar! Tiger! Monkey!

Teams get out of cabs and run.
There's the gorilla statue!
Jaime/Cara, CLUE: Take a walk on the wild side. Take picture with Esso the Tiger. Then, take part in a performance where elephants sqauat over them. Return to the tiger station, to get the photo you took, and the next CLUE.

They notice, ominously, that the tiger handler only has ONE ARM!
Jaime/Cara have to wait.
Mel/Mike's cab is lost, taking them to the beach to go spelunking or summat.
Kisha/Jen conf: Mark and Mike are each about the size of the trainer's missing arm!
Jaime/Cara conf about the tiger pic.
Tammy/Vic, 4th and Margie/Luke, 5th, arrive at the gorilla statue.

No sign of Mel/Mike. They're at the beach.

They quickly run back to the tiger.
Kisha/Jen take their place.
Mark/Michael, CLUE: Make your way to old Phuket Town.
Phil: They must go to Nguan Choon Tuan Herbs shop. They have to pick the right 1 of 99 drawers for the next clue. Must keep guessing until they get it right.
