I can't tell absolutely for sure but IMO it looks and sounds like Linda.
If it's Linda, did she do it or did she walk down by herself deciding not to do it? If it's Roadblock would they get a time penalty from the time they decide to walk back down? Am I way off base on this? They are not doing it because of the danger and the Outfit indicated no Paragliding as long as the wind is too high. Therefore, it's technically it's not their decision to not do the Roadblock.
Whether she did or didn't do the paragliding then where is her paragliding partner? Maybe it's possible she's not that lost and it won't effect them that much. Maybe CBS is doing the same thing they did with preview for 1st episode.
