Frank & Margaritta (TAR I)

Flo & Zach (TAR III) Go Flo &Zach!!
Colin & Christie (TAR V) Go Colin & Christie!!!
Kris & Jon (TAR VI) Go Kris & Jon!!!
Hayden & Aaron (TAR VI)
Lori & Bolo (TAR VI)
Ray & Yolanda (TAR VII)
Rob & Kimberly (TAR X)
Ronald & Christina (TAR XII)
Kynt & Vyxsin (TAR XII)

 Alernates:
Joesph & Monica (TAR VII)
Lena & Kristy (TAR VI)
Shana & Jennifer (TAR XII)
Jon & Al (TAR IV)

Of course I am missing an elderly, all female, and gay team. Can D&O be on TAR for a third time?

I wanna see Peggy & Claire again! They could have made it to Thailand if they didn't miss their London flight. I want them back!

I can think of the following candidates for the elderly, all-female and gay teams:

1.  Meredith & Gretchen or Fran & Barry (elderly),
2.  Mary & Peach or Monica & Sharee (all-female) and
3.  Reichen & Chip or Lynn & Alex (gay).

I'm pretty sure we are not going to be blessed with All-Star edition 2 anytime in the next several years, but just in case we are I would like to propose some principles that World Race Productions should adhere to:

1. No popular, but mediocre teams like David and Mary in AR11.
2. No hybrid teams like Eric and Danielle. Only teams who stay together may be consider.
3. No really awful teams like Peggy and Claire, who rate in my worst 5 ever. I would never want to see them in an All-Star edition.
4. Only teams that placed in the top 4 positions in their Amazing Race. This would in fact have eliminated Mirna and Charla but there needs to be some cutoff to get only the most qualified teams. Some good teams who exited early might be worthy, but how do we know so no chances should be taken. I would not make an exception even for Bill and Tammy Gaghan, who are two of my favorites.
5. No team which has participated previously in an AR All-Stars will be conisdered.  Note that this would allow Eric to race again with Jeremy.
6. The selection process should not be biased to give Female/Female teams or teams involving a very short person a better chance(which AR5 and AR11 did for Charla in allowing early boarding and exit on/off airplanes) . It should ignore gender and focus on performance.

I think popular but mediocre teams like David and Mary are okay. I'm pretty sure the producers always belief that the race is unpredictable. If Charla and Mirna can make it all the way to the F3, anyone can.

In fact, Kevin and Drew also belong to the group of popular (no longer after Allstars) but just mediocre team.

I would love for TAR to do an Allstars season once every let's say.. 6 to 7 seasons.. in that way.. we can have at least 2 memorable teams from each season.

Some teams i would love to see for now after Allstars (TAR 12 & 13)
1. Ronald and Christina
2. Kynt and Vyxsin
3. Terence and Sarah

Some teams i would really like to see from previous seasons but didn't make the cut of Allstars 1
1. Colin and Christie
2. Tara and Wil
3. Derek and Drew
4. Flo and Zach
5. Kris and Jon
6. Fran and Barry
7. Lyn and Karlyn

Mind you.. not all of these teams are my favourites. But i believe will add some sort of intense competition to an Allstars season!

Joab, I should say that your post has convinced me that I need to expand the principles to include:
5. No team which has participated previously in an AR All-Stars will be conisdered. You should note that this would allow Eric to race again with Jeremy.
6. The selection process should not be biased to give Female/Female teams or teams involving a very short person a better chance(which AR5 and AR11 did for Charla in allowing early boarding and exit on/off airplanes) . It should ignore gender and focus on performance.

Joab, you are making several bold and incorrect statements there:
1. Kevin and Drew finished 4th in AR1, being eliminated by Joe/Bill in Beijing. They would qualify under my 4th place is OK principle for inclusion. I do not consider their AR1 performance as mediocre, as they were a very short time away from competing in the final 3; however their AR11 performance was embarrassing. Since they have already been in an AR All Star race, they would not be considered.
2. Colin and Christie were invited to All-Stars but could not participate due to the advanced nature of Christie's pregnancy.
3. I can't absolutely substantiate this, but I believe Kris and Jon were invited to Stars but declined to participate.
4. It is quiet possible that Zach and Flo were invited, but Zach had NBC-TV obligations and could not do it.

Under my principles, Ronald and Christina would be eligible for their 2nd place AR12 finish. Neither Kynt/Vyxsin (#5 in AR12) or Terence and Sarah (#5 in AR13) would be eligible under those principles. This is merely a difference of opinion in how principles should be established, as alternative approaches (such as including #5s) would qualify them.

So, I guess I should tell you who I would invite if there were AR Allstars 2 as AR15:
1. Colin and Christie
2. Chris and Alex
3.Zach and Flo (I particularly want to see them going head-to-head with Colin and Chrstie)
4. Jon and Al
5. Jon and Kelly
6. The Bowling moms(Linda and Karen)
7. Kris and Jon
8. Eric and Jeremy
9. BJ and Tyler
10. Nick and Starr
11. somebody from the top 4 of AR14

Couldn't you make just a tiny little exception  :-* since we were really just a team of two(navigation, driving and physical tasks) against teams of four. :hearts: :hearts: :hearts:

Tammy,
What you say about your handicap is true, but it would have been offset by Billy and Carissa, undoubtedly the two smartest and most poised children in AR8 despite being the youngest two.

Kate & Pat? 3 TAR minorities in one LOL j/k

In more serious matters, my two cents:

CBS:
1. Make a large list of candidate teams
2. Post it in CBS.com
3. Let viewers choose
4. There's your new all-stars line-up

In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move

That's a nice idea, but then you'll get the popular but mediocre teams again.

Maybe they should invite the winners back and if any of them decline open those spots up for "wild cards" which the fans can decide online from a list.

Oh, and for what it's worth.

1. Kynt and Vyxsin
2. Kelly and Christy
3. Brian and Greg
4. Linda and Karen
5. Tian and Jaree
6. Bill and Tammy
7. Blake and Paige
8. Paul and Amie
9. Lena and Kristy
10. Andre and Damon
11. Eric and Jeremy
12. Jonathan and Victoria

1. Charla and Mirna   :jumpy: :jumpy: :jumpy:
2. Linda & Karen
3. Kris & Jon
4. Rob & Amber
5. BJ & Tyler
6. Dustin & Kandice
7. Oswald & Danny
8. TK & Rachel
9. Nathan & Jennifer
10. Ken & Tina
11.Colin & Christie

that abides by the top 4 only rule (if you count the all star season. )

1. John & Al
2. Colin & Christie (let's see how they do with the 6 Roadblock limit)
3. Linda & Karen
4. Debbie & Bianca (much potential, but they suffered the consequences of a big mistake)
5. Dave & Lori
6. Fran & Barry
7. Lyn & Karlyn
8. Erwin & Godwin (only if they're more aggresive)
9. Azaria & Hendekea
10. Kynt & Vyxsin
11. Terrence & Sarah
12. Mark & Bill

I think it's an interesting combination

I have always wanted to see this done on a reality show such as Survivor or the Amazing Race...
Either an all winners edition in which the previous season's winning teams would compete (for charity) or an all "loser" race in which all first eliminated teams would compete...(Both contests would be without the All-Star participants)

Winners Edition
I. Rob and Brennen
II. Chris and Alex
III. Flo and Zach
IV. Reichen and Chip
V. Chip and Kim
VI. Freddy and Kendra
VII. Uchenna and Joyce
VIII. Two members of the Linz family
IX. BJ and Tyler
X. Tyler and James
XI. TK and Rachel

Losers Edition
I. Matt and Ana
II. Deidre and Hillary
III. Gina and Sylvia
IV. Debra and Stave
V. Dennis and Erika
VI. Avi and Joe
VII. Ryan and Chuck
VIII. Two members of the Black family
IX. John and Scott
X. Bilal and Sa'eed
XII. Kate and Pat

NO, NO, NO..
1. They said there was never gonna be a TAR all star I. BVM told Victoria after TAR VI, TAR All Star would never happen. BVM worst than any politican.
2. Flo said CBS wanted her to team with that twin guy she is dating but she wanted to team with Zach.
3. Chris and Jon said CBS never contacted them concerning All Star I.
4. We have to see who is the best team between Colin/Christy vs Chris/Jon vs Hayden/Aaron vs Flo/Zach. This must be competitive!!!!
5. CBS has their demographics/political agenda they need to cover for the rest of the teams. They need a gay, comedy, minority, elderly, and evil/dumb blonde teams to fill out the cast.
6. They need to have another TAR All Stars II before the series gets canceled and so many fans were upset about legite teams that didn't make All Star I.

I thought the 1st All-Star was a disaster, because of a team based on a fake relationship, winning the race. I can live with an unlikable team winning, but not a team faking their relationship, just so they can get in the race. That is pretty much cheating.

If they decide to do another AS, I agree with what most said, but wanted to add... the seasons that did not have any teams in the 1st one, should have representation in the 2nd one.
