Checking on the kitchen bunch, Jerry is talking about food/luxury competitions. He hopes that is what they have today. Jesse says he gets to eat no matter, because he's HOH. He wants to win everything. Renny wants to know if Jesse even gets to compete.

Steven is being so sweet to her, bucking her up. He says they are both fighters. She might go out and win a lot in the competition. He told her earlier that he was really awful to the producers in the DR, telling her that he went in there and was screaming and yelling and calling the girl really awful names. He realizes he can't do that, he wants to go out with his head held high. He's going to go out and fight in the competitions. If he goes on the block he will do everything he can to win the POV so no one else has to do it.

Angie says she didn't realize how lonely this house could be.

Steven says he looked like an idiot yesterday and that's why he's chosen a new path. He tells Angie that she needs to do that too.

He says he doesn't want to wallow in it. Maybe in a few days he'll get back into it but a few thousand dollars isn't worth it to him.

He wants to go out and get some water and tells her that if she ever ever wants to come sit with him to do that. He doesn't want her to doubt that he will stop fighting for her.

Angie says that Brian told her not to give him a sympathy vote. Steven says that was a unique situation, they were counting every vote. He thinks the next vote will be more split.

Steven: Let's go have fun with this competition! Eat crazy things, have fun, eat squid, liver....

Both leave to join the others.
