Adam just scared the girls. He wants to know if Alex can come out and play.

Sheila says NO! he can't go out! She will be so pissed if he does something to Alex. He gave her that shirt, He doesn't want it to be ruined. She's not going to let it be thrown in the pool!

Shel takes it apart and moves Alex's "head", she says he's gotta go! LOL Adam is back with his evil face. She says they are jealous of a frickin doll!

We now have four feeds of Nat, she is waiting for Shel to come back from checking on the time.

Shel is on the steps to go up to the HOH and she is filling Adam in on her blog.

Ryan is pushing to keep Nat, that with her they are guaranteed F3.

The says that whatever they are going to do they can't tell Chatty or Sheila.

She is checking on her laundry.

Now Nat is inside with Ryan and is working him again.

Nat is whispering to Ryan and I can't hear, I only made out something about vote.

Ryan doesn't think he can work out now, he needs some alkaseltzer or soemthing.

Adam is going to workout alone then, but first he is going to get jacked up with vitamins.
