Sharon just said that she was in HS during 9/11, that girl is my age and I was in college, freshman year. I guess she was held back then.

Shel was in the gym when it happen.

Shel doesn't understand why they didn't do anything after the first attack to protect the buildings. It freaks me out to think that somehting like that can happen in America.

Sharon says that her dad was in the pentagon when that happened, but he was in a different section when the plane hit.
