TARAsia Fan:
Myanmar is considered unsafe. In fact, the U.S. Department of State discourages all travel there.

BayBay:
I agree that the yield/u-turn should be on each leg as it was in the first few seasons.
If cost is an issue we can continue to have only 2 u-turns and the others to be yields
as they are inexpensive. When this is reintroduced I would like to suggest two other
twists that can also be interchangeable with the yield.

1. GIVE WAY - One team can choose to make another team behind them 'give-way.' This
means that team must let all other teams pass them before resuming the race. The catch
is that the team that uses it is marked for elimination (they must arrive first at the pitstop or
incur a 30 minute penalty). There is a huge amount of risk involved but if the team that uses
it can maintain a first place position throughout the leg, they will greatly slow down the team
of their choice.

2. NO RIGHT TURN - One team can choose the detour for any team behind them. This means
that when that team reaches the 'no right turn' marker which also has the detour clue box next
to it, must complete the detour that is chosen for them. The team that uses must try to chose the
detour they believe will be the hardest for the other team to complete.

BayBay:
If I was BVM, I would make the race like this:

LEG 1: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania --> Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
LEG 2: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia --> Khartoum, Sudan - U-Turn
LEG 3: Khartoum, Sudan --> Manchester, England - Fast Forward
LEG 4: Manchester, England --> Athens, Greece - Non-Elimination Leg
LEG 5: Athens, Greece
LEG 6: Athens, Greece --> Lyon, France
LEG 7: Lyon, France --> Istanbul, Turkey  - Non-Elimination Leg
LEG 8: Istanbul, Turkey --> Colombo, Sri Lanka --> Penang, Malaysia
LEG 9: Penang, Malaysia --> Jakarta, Indonesia - Non-Elimination Leg
LEG 9: Jakarta, Indonesia --> Bali, Indonesia
LEG 10: Bali, Indonesia --> Apia, Samoa - - Fast Forward - U-Turn
LEG 11: Apia, Samoa --> Talca, Chile
LEG 12: Talca, Chile --> San Jose, California

jerseydude:
Baydogg,

Don't you think that Sudan would be way to dangerous?

BayBay:
I want to see a race death!!!!!! LOL.
Whats a race without a bit of risk. Anywhere
in Africa is dodgy...no offense.

E.g. Brandon and Nicole, Season 7. Nicole gets slapped in the face by African bus driver and
they get charged 100USD when another team pays 3USD.
