Might be unfair, but they did it last year with America's vote.  Who knows what those totals were last year...........CBS gave us what THEY wanted and at the time it was ED........so what makes it so different this year?

I didn't say it's different this year. I'm not an ED fan, didn't like it last year, don't like it this year.

But it makes me maaaaad when you read about the DR saying "Wouldn't it be better if ____?", let them play the game.

How is BB doing everything to make James stay.  It is James doing the campaigning which he is allowed to do and is part of the game I don't see where BB is/has done anything IMO to affect James staying or going either way.

Sheila just said she trusts Sharon more no matter what, with her and Ryan (who has a secret alliance with Sharon, don't think James can sway him) that is enough votes.

Someone brought it up to me that the DR called Ryan in an awful lot, and don't think it was just about his neck. Do you think it had something to do with the veto being used?

They have to make this game how they want it, they want the drama and the viewers attention.

To me..when we can determine as viewers what happens next, and the HGs are able to say the POV is going to be this , the double eviction will be such and such, then BB isn't being BB any longer. Shake it up!  I personally see nothing wrong with the DR trying to sway things one way or the other.  Big Brother should see all & know  all, and mess with them. If they don't have their head together, then they WILL be swayed. I think the HG should be playing against each other and BIG BROTHER.  JMO

My opinion is that it kind of defeats the purpose of the game when they do stuff like that and it's always giving the edge to people. I mean, if you're not one in their favor what's the point of being in the game? I'd rather BB just hand it to them if they want them to have the money so bad, swaying the vote just defeats the purpose of staying there for so many weeks.

But that's just my opinion.

OK, DISCLAIMER:  I'm not racist, it's a saying I've heard from black people kinda' bragging about the size of their "appendage" and the likelihood of being satisfied by another race after them.

Now back to Natalie.  Let's put it all together...

DID ANYONE ELSE CATCH THAT.  I had to hit pause because I was rolling on the floor, gasping for breath.  Natalie is go clueless.  When did we start mixing appendages and Jesus?

Well said, but unfortunately this time, I think James is up against a brick wall and I sure Gnat has the BIG DUDE occupied, so HE can't help him out.

I remember a time when Janelle was on HC's and stated that the DR does not actually tell them how to vote but tells them things that gets them to thinking.  This was brought up last year during BB8 when there was so much controversy over what they were being told in the DR.  I have seen clips from the UK version of BB and they actually show the DR sessions as there happening and its the same way.  Its not like they actually say you should keep so and so but give them ideas as in put in there head and what they do with that information is up to the HG's.  JMO

I think Big Brother has a DUTY in the diary room to play devil's advocate.  "How would it help you if James stays?"  "Is it possible that Natalie is telling EVERYONE she's taking them to the final two?"  "Does it irritate you when Gnat talks about winning the game as if it's a given?"

It makes people THINK.  It opens up their minds up to other possibilities.  And yes, it could give CBS good TV if something twists.  Nothing wrong with that.

I don't think BB should be able to influence the HG's at all, not one single bit, they know too much.  It's a game show and they can't influence or rig up ideas.

But, I totally agree that BB should not follow a format.  It should be different every season.  It's predictable and BB should have unique twists with every season.  Double evictions should be unpredictable so the HG's can't plan ahead.  BB needs to get a new cookie cutter.

I just think if you're playing your game, working real hard to "fool" everybody, and then BB points out something to make people doubt your loyalty or game...Yes, it would make me think, but what's the point of being a HG and playing your heart out if BB can slam you in the DR?

I agree if he was locked in the DR so he couldn't talk to anyone else that may have swayed his decision then that was not right and on the feeds it did look that way as right after Adam decided to not put James up right away he was called in there and then a LD outside was called shortly thereafter.  So I believe that does look suspicious on BB behalf.  That kind of manipulating the game is not right and should not happen.

well natalie i think will go next bc every1 is targeting her next even ryan. her lies are catching up to her and she is the biggest threat after james.

sharon will go 4th bc ryan/adam said today their dream final three is them and sheila and that they will take her bc of her bad comp skills.

if the above happens ryan will have to win the final HOH in order to stay bc baller will take sheila and sheila will take baller. 33 percent chance and odds are not in his favor.

I'm actually convinced that Natalie will win this next HOH. I don't know why, I just think she'll pull it out(probably because I believe she could take out Ryan/Sharon/Shelia in competitions, tbh.)

I don't see Natalie going any time soon. I don't know. Maybe it's because they focus so much on her in the show that I'm only used to the show with her on it(like I was with Janelle/Howie/Eric/Jessica). After she's gone I think I'll lose a bit of interest, and I bet all of you will too(even though you probably won't admit it ), roughly 75% of the posts I see in this thread are shots at Natalie, and without her the show will entirely be made of Adam messing with Shelia.

You guys will miss our local religious zealot.
