Well in my reality I think they both should as either one could more than likely pass on some goodie or two.  But in BB reality, I am pretty certain that they all have to go through health screenings prior to being allowed on the show.

Excellent flick!  Its been years since I have seen it but I remember it being one of Will Smith's best movies.  I am not a huge fan of his - but I like this movie.

If I remember right... he was able to pull the wool over the peoples eyes at first because he was able to trick them into thinking he was completely upstanding normal guy.  When the truth came out it was a huge shock.  

Moral of the story I guess is that don't just be wary of people who appear like "freaks" (whatever that means...lol).... be wary of the ones who try very hard to appear moral and upstanding.  They maybe hiding some nasty secrets as well.

I dont know the details of his experieinces in the Adult industry.  Heard he did some gay porns.... if what he did was with a reputable (as far as that term can be applied) Adult movie companies, he would be required to wear protection during the sex.  Also, many of the companies require thier "stars" to be tested for STDs regularly.  

That said... its still fairly shady that he wasnt up front with a partner he was having sexual relations with.  Its something that you need to disclose before you do anything.  Chel should get checked out ASAP.  If I were her, I'd be very pissed.  If she does end up with anything, she could possibly sue him.  People have sued each other over contracting herpes when they were not made aware thier partner carried the disease.

Something I don't get is in he past BB seemed to encourage and show any sexual foreplay and even some of the deeds being done. But this year with James, they always would blank out or not show the feed when James and Chel were doing the deed.  Is this because James is under contract with some porn company, thus cannot be shown partaking in sexual acts without payment to this company?

I actually think that is because of the bad reviews. I mean this is the first season that Alison had to tell them to tone it down with the cuss words. People normally want to see fights but we don't get to see them either, kwim? So I think going into the soulmates thing I remember reading "we are turning the heat up" and I think after everything that happened in the beginning of the season, people were saying it became a porn or whatever then they decided not to show that to the live feeders. There are condoms all over the house - even in the HOH room. Thats why I don't believe they gave them to him in the DR. And really if they were under the covers, how would BB know if he had one on.
