I hear ya Sunshine, it seems the producers can't help playing along- like having America vote and then throwing in the wrench of the James option ( I wonder if the HG got a hint of that?)  It is suspcious. 

yep! making adam stay in the DR and really telling adam what to do! bb just cant do that! i went to a big site, and they dont even like this season, but people are PO"D at bb over this...it was like jen eating last year bb knew they had to do something cuz she broke a law of the game. if bb isnt careful the FCA will take them off the air! thats just a fact, and alot of people are e-mailing and calling into bb over this DR thing with adam NOT b/cuz they like the HG'S but b/cuz they LOVE bb and want the REAL BB back! bb needs to know we arent stupid and we dont like them trying to make the game go thier way! like it or not! if our favorites can get out there and win hoh and pov, and kick butt GREAT! but bb isnt suppose to make sure they do win!.. it called rigged, and if bb was a reality show, which it isnt , it is listed as a gameshow and is in the same rules as a gameshow under the fca, rock of love. flavor of love, scott baio's shows are NOT gameshows, fca doesnt apply to those shows, but it does for bb! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sorry i just want my BB back!

Adam keeps on saying that to N/R/S  but he isn't saying that to James & Sharon.  Plus I thought I caught something last night where Adam got called to DR and after he came out said the decision was all on him - not bb...

Could he just be talking about the whole "locked in DR" bit to deflect some of the criticism from N/R/S ?

no i dont think so, i think bb told him NOT to say this to the HG.....adam it a very fearful man, look at him everytime he is in power, he is scared! no balls! ..period.. if bb told him to play the way they want, adam sure is going to do what bb wants, you could see it on adam's face he didnt what to play the way he did.. but did it for bb...sorry but bb is rigging the game and they have been sense season 6! and i am not even going to say JMO, i am going to say it is a FACT! i have NEVER seen bb make a HG stay in the DR before noms..bb is on the edge right now with the fca, and if not careful they will pull the plug on bb! i just want the real game back, i would like to think every fan would! oh well i know bb is gettting alot of calls and e-mails on this...[and its not b/cuz these people like these HG they dont, they hate this season, they are doing it for the love of the game] i just want stranger playing the game making allainces seeing how far they can go [on thier own] no help from bb! if they are GREAT players they dont need bb to help them in the game! and bb should just step back and watch these people play thier own game!

I think Adam did a smart thing & I think his "i messed up . i'm an idiot " talk is an act to lighten the heat. He figures they  accept his apology for being an idiot & he still has support on both sides just in case.

YES, YES, YES

I completely agree.  Adam said to Ryan and Natalie that he was thinking about it and at the very end, when James was in the room with Natalie and Adam (Ryan had left all pissed off) Adam said, I'm gonna have to put you up ;-(

Then James had a one on one with Adam and they both cried and bonded and Adam GAVE HIS WORD.  The whole DR thing is so Natalie and Ryan have something else to blame.  To redirect their anger because Adam does not handle confrontation well.  He points in any other direction and my guess is that he ASKED to stay in DR so he wouldn't have to face anybody about keeping James.  They were in his face since he suggested it and HE needed a break.
