Your confused and you have been here all day!

Sharon is telling Shel that Jacob has a whole bunch of moles on his arm and it can turn cancerous.

Shel: Your serious I thought that was a birthmark.

Sharon: He had pneumonia when he was little and the hospital gave him penicilin and he was allergic to it and the moles on his arm is a result of it. So they always have to test it and no one has ever seen it before.

Sharon: He knows how to get rid of it. The cancerous stuff is green and they have pulled that out of him.

Shel: I am freaking out now.

Shar: Girl it is a whole mole patch.
