sounds like Ryan is going for the Chel/Sharon thing idea
Ryan is worried about putting Chel up she has a lot of pull and she might come after her and he doesn't want Chel to go.
Ryan says that he will have to talk to Chel that shes the pawn, does not even have to pack
Ryan says what about Sheila as the pawn? they say she will go out not Sharon

They are trying to help Ryan give his reasons/speech
So what we know is that Sharon is who Ryan wants out either Sheila or Chelsia as the pawn
