Josh and Alex are talking in the KT. Alex says he was scared was there last night with Amanda. He is now talking to Josh about using the POV saying he understands with whatever you do and it is okay.

Josh says he is so torn over what to do. He is nervous they are going to say the ceremony is in a couple of hours. He also tells Alex you have to make sure the votes are there.

Natalie feels 100% better today but last night had throbbing head, nausea, lightheadness, couldn't sleep...

Josh saying what he thinks if they use the Veto like Sharon wants--take Matt/Nat off and gang up on A/A and heres whats going to happen, automatically James & Chelsia will be pissed, saying yo usee how crazy James gets when hes mad at you , Ali & Ryan will gang up with Chel/James and their connection will be cut with C/J. Then they will pull Sheila/Adam because Sheila goes where Ali goes.

Amanda can eat till Midnight. Then she will have to be careful to eat the protein shakes with the slop for 4 more days.

Sharon saying now that they have to keep the noms the same so they don't have blood on their hands.

Sharon feels bad because after Noms she told Nat not to stress that they would be alright.

Josh is like we made no promises to them, not our problem.

They agree to leave the noms the same and let them fight it out until wends.

Josh & Sharon agree that don't need to win HOH this week that Veto is more important.

Now going over who would put up who if they, whoever, wins HOH and they feel safe. Sharon saying they have to get A/A out of here at some point.

Amanda trying to get info from Sharon about the POV that Josh keeps telling her not to worry.

Sharon is like I don't know whats going down yet.

Sharon did not know that if she used POV that she is safe, she was thinking that they could be put on the block saying that she was thinking if they can't decide together about using the Veto then they can be put up.

Amanda saying that if J/S takes one of them down one of them will have the votes to stay.

Sheila said her talk with Adam went well -- recapping the whole thing again

Sheila tells Josh she wants to be here. (what a difference a day makes--she wanted to quit last night!)

He says the POV has nothing to do with her because he doesn't control who is up.

Josh filling in Alli re what he told Sheila --I don't care--she doesn't deserve to win--Alli says I explained that POV to her like 5 times..

Alli says I just got revived--I visited heaven and touched it--and she was STILL going on!

Alli still looks swollen....

She told Sheila that she forgave her but she really doesn't...

Josh whispering to Ali about Sheila, how she tore Ali down yesterday to the whole house.

Ali saying that Ryan wants Sheila out and does not want Ali to forgive her.

Now talking about Amanda has done a total turn around but are saying how when she got back last night from the hospital it was all about her ,, it was exhausting.

Ali mad that Sheila said that Ali didn't like Josh/Neil saying that she would never say that.

Josh says she was crazy yesterday.
