I like how Josh can make them laugh, Alex, Sheila, etc. make them cry and James really has that heartfelt goodbye but hes known for his craziness.

The lesbos in their bathroom office, Jen comes in to pee then excuses her self to get rash cream and in Jen's ear range Shelia says to Ali that they should spend sometime together incase she leaves. She wants to spend all day and night with her ( here comes the fake tears).
