They gain applause, and approval from the Judges.
Randy: Very good!
Jason, reading: Caution. U-Turn ahead.

TK/Rachel cab cuts off Blondes.
Hendekea: Make sure you have everything!
Jennifer: I have no idea where to go. "Do you know how to get to ... ?"
Nate: TELL HIM TO TAKE YOU THERE!
Jenn: You're stressing me out!!

Goths in 3rd, followed closely by Nic/Gramps and Ron/Chris.
Nic: Holy crap! This is a lot of stuff.

Lorena: Omigosh.
Jason: Oh, no. I can't believe they u-turned us. The first u-turn of the Race.
Jason conf: We'll run as fast as they can and hope they make a mistake.

Jenn finishes.
Two taxis racing down Ouagadougou roads.

Lorena/Jason begin gold mining.

Christina begins her bike ride.
Ron: Okay, I'll shut my trap. May the force of good fortune be with you.

Vyxsin's bike falls over.
She's losing valuable time, learning how the bike works!
TK/Rachel arrive, as do the blondes.

Lorena/Jason finish the gold mining.
Jennifer conf: It wasn't my decision. It was Shana's and I didn't like it.
TK: Now you guys have a target on your back.

Jason conf: It's crucial for us to stay positive. We're still in this thing. I'm not giving up!
Vyxsin conf: Mountains of garbage to go through, it's mucky and muddy. Then the kids began leading me. It was great!!
Jennifer: He's not gonna bite.
Shana: How do you know?
Jennifer: Because goats RAM you.

Taxis slow down in downtown Ouaga, as teams strategize how to run for the mat.

Uniformed man: Welcome to Ouagadougou.
Phil: Azaria/Hendekea, you are team #1. Nathan/Jennifer, you are team #2.
Jennifer: They've already had their time two times before this.
Hendekea: I didn't feel comfortable letting somebody else win.

Jason still thinks he's fine, although that's ringing a bit hollow as his taxi makes its way to the Market.
However ... Shana is having trouble with her bike.

Meanwhile, Christina finishes bike.
Goths finish close behind.
Both teams get in their taxis.
An exhausted Vyxsin emotes in the taxi.
Kids wave from a train platform.
V conf: The kids are wonderful.
She starts crying on Kynt's shoulder.

Jennifer gets directions.
Rachel gets directions.
Jason conf: No doubt in my mind I'm gonna stay in this Race. I'm not giving up. No way.
Jennifer conf: I think Jason/Lorena are just gonna come, zoom right past us.
TK, Jennifer, look down at the ground, as Rachel, Shana have difficulties.
