Dick asks eric if he wants to talk.. eric says he doesn't want to get into fights now .
Dick tells him he thinks hes a cool guy just got into some wrong thngs , saying that it always bothers you personally when someone says something to your face and something else behind your back. How could he not take offense and take it personally.

Eric telling Dick that if thats how he feels he is not going to sit here and justify things that Dick has already made up in his mind.
