I wonder if BB gave Eric some "talking points" on how to protect himself as AP when he was in the DR??

I seriously doubt that BB gave him pointers. This is how Eric has been all season (reason why he was chosen to be AP. Like someone said, hes a lawyer).

Dustin: What did Jen sell him out on?

Dani:  He's been going to Jen and then Jen's been going to Kail.

Dustin:  About what?

Dani: About everything that he wasn't supposed to know.  And who got blamed?  Nick.

Dustin: What info?

Dani:  How we're voting.  THey set him up.

Dustin: Amber and Eric or Jen and Eric.

Dani:  You don't think its weird that everyone turned on me.  She called me out in front of everybody, and made me look like I couldn't handle it.  I was the only one that stuck up for him and she made it uncomfortable.  I couldn't stop crying and it was so hard. I was in the DR for like two hours.  Thats' when, sometimes, I was 100% and I told my Dad and he didn't believe me because he believed Eric.  I knew.  

Dustin:  Silence

Dani: Look at how they're acting.  Didn't you see Amber and Eric right after the POV.  Don't you see them outside.  

Dustin: They're both just sitting moping.  

Dani:  YOu haven't noticed the long hammock talks.  Jess told me they were up until 6.  

Dustin:  We all went to bed as a group, and then I went out to go get the mallets and they were both outside talking.

Dani: I don't want you take it in a rude way because I know you're really close to Amber.

Dustin: Its a game.  Its my intention to not get close to people.  

Dani:  YOu can't help it.

Dustin and Dani still chatting saying its a croppy situation.

Dani: I did completely trust Nick, and of all people Eric is going to make me not trust him. I doubted him for a little while. By the time I understood he was being set up, I couldn't tell anyone and no one would listen to me.  The thing is I couldn't put a name with it.  Then everything fell into place.

DustiN:  Are you sure its not just one person, and its multiple people doing it.

Dani:  Well there are two, Dustin, he's using everyone in the house.   He sways everyone.

I wasn't knocking him being a lawyer, but they obviously have to have convincing skills. Not all the time is the evidence there for them. I meant it as a "good" thing not as a lawyer joke. Hes kept a straight face in all this (well like the votes for Kail the past two weeks).

Hehe I live on a farm and as kids I loved playing in manure This is nothing compared to what I willingly played in.
