I fell asleep and only got to watch the ending. Im glad that one of the younger kids got the gold star, and im glad that they took 'noms' for them. I do think that alot of the physical things get noticed before the "mental" things which makes the town work as well!!! I don't agree with Greg that she got it just cause it was her birthday!

As for the cow, I only saw it in the preview (dang nap lol) but I did think that Colton? knew what he was doing. The worst thing that you can do in that situation is run from the cow. As for the horns, yes they are scary but I bet ya that they have cut off the tips so they are not sharp ;) I know that doesn't make it better or safer. Been there, have a scar to prove it

I don't understand why the laborers have to do the laundry, I mean I always thought even back in those days everyone still did their own (like familys). ???

Do they still play this show on Saturdays? Anyone know. I can't watch it again online cause I have dial up. I live too far out in the boondocks for real internet :lol3:

^^ Thanks blondie.

This is the leaderboard from the official website and I'm still wondering why the green team is lagging behind. They have Sophia, Michael, & Morgan who are hard workers. Sophia & Michael won some golden stars. Laurel is a good leader. And I see they have 3 strong guys too. That's Campbell, Hunter, & Kennedy. What went wrong?

  Just noticed how crappy my color coded pics look. Oh well.   :lol3:

Banzai,  I think the green team are just not working well as a "team" yet. They also have been the ones that are doing most of the work thus far. Maybe they are just more tuckered out than the rest.  ???
I think the green do like to cook though. I bet they eat a lot better this round!

I also bet Taylor is one of the first in line this week for her food  :lol3:

Guess we'll see if she straightens up next time--I think she is bucking for a "re-election"!

And the POLL is up!  :jumpy:

From TV Guide

10/17/2007: Viva La Revolucion!
The pioneers learn they can replace the town-council members if they choose to do so, and the current four leaders try to get reelected.

Taylor has a slim chance of being re-elected at the rate she's been going.

Not being mean but for the green team, I think alot of their problem could be too many leaders. Michael is always standing up and speaking out (which is good but you know), Laurel is there leading and Sophia is just plain bossy imo.

If there's a re-election, I would like to see Sophia vs Laurel for the green team, blue has to be Greg vs Anjay, yellow: Zach vs Taylor. For the red team, we don't know anything about the other kids so I guess Mike will win the re-election.

Thank you banzai!

I only found this...

Wednesday, October 10, 8pm et/pt
When the Town Council suggests one religious ceremony for the entire town, the Kids revolt.

Meanwhile a little dictator emerges to unleash her power as 9-year old Cody, missing his girlfriend, drowns his sorrows in rootbeer and cows.

P.S.  I'm still laughing at "coop" d'etat!! :rotf:

For some reason, I just don't see nine-year-olds running around with "girlfriends". ???

I really think that they should've just had a thing for all new council or something. Like the 4 step down and there are 4 new ones.

I also have the feeling that it might be all the older kids which is wrong imo.

But that means that Taylor's group become the cooks. And at the rate they're going, they should just hand the job over to a group that will do all of the cooking. You had Taylor and another blonde hair girl just sitting in the saloon, drinking root beer shots... All while an angry mob is forming. I believe it will be Taylor getting bucked from the Council next week.

Morgan deserved the Gold Star this week. If the kids want to do a religious service, then that's fine. But they shouldn't have been forced to take part in one like the Council originally had planned. That would have been a bad choice to force something upon them. The Showdown reward choice was a good choice as well. It would have given the kids a good opportunity to get in touch with their Gods instead of slack off on the job.

I can't wait until the next episode! Here's to Taylor (possibly) getting the boot from the Council! :jam:

I felt bad for Campbell, and Morgan was so sweet for holding him like that. They were right on how she acts like the "mommy".

Green is getting on my nerves so bad. Haha!

And while Taylor has even gotten on my nerves and I really did like her I am getting so tired of them jumping down her throat. Yes its her job to lead, I get that but omg they are so mean to her. And shes mean right back I won't disagree but does it really need 4 people in her face?

Technically this week Taylor did not have to do anything. They were upperclass and correct me if im wrong but isn't that what upperclass did back then?
