Dani says that they were probably planning on having "it" in the morning but things got tied up.

Dick says they wouldn't do that, that they wouldn't get them up early after the endurance and early morning DR's that they had.

My guess is Dick was talking about the DR? and was getting yelled at

Dick putting drops in his eyes in the and talks to the camera and says that they need to strip that POV and tell him what happened. --still ranting about the blue ball
