All I'm going to say is Eric should be thankful that he got the two most "religious" --if that's what even true people to swear they wont vote him out. Amber and Jameka both already said it's a test from God so they can't vote him out.

He was holding on by a thread this week and it looks like he is most likely safe.

I guess it would be complicated for the producers to pick a replacement. I bet Eric got lots of instruction/training etc prior to the show.
