I don't think that when it comes to his vote he has the option of not doing it. Anyway the voting only counts for him if the player is actually evicted I believe.

Dustin to Jess: honestly I''ve been thinking a lot about Eric and what he may or may not hae been doing, I think he did do a lot of it but the bottom line is that ..but, I think he was leading Jen on but like she read into it more than she should have, that kind of thing but the bottom line is that numbers, we need it for the numbers. And thats what it comes down to.

Jess: thats what I think , he dipped his hands too much. And he got caught at it and I really don't care.

Dustin: and the reason that Dick & Dani are upset about Nick is because he would never vote against them. And thats why their so pissed so whatever.

Dustin: someone had to go and we all decided that it was going to be Nick. And Nick was honestly , and Eric doesn't deny it, Eric's biggest threat and I was like I'm going to do my best to get him out of here.

Jess: right, yeah, I agree, and you did ..

Dustin: the thing is that the numbers don't lie, hes not going to turn his back on us because he needs us to carry him through and I don't see him winning HOH next week. But it was kind of fishy that he did say that he wouldn't put up Dick & Daniele. And if he didn't he'd be ****ed because the whole house would band together and turn against him.

Jess: yeah, for sure.

Dustin says its more of a risk to have him gone, need the numbers. Kail is nothing anymore, can't compete.

Dustin tells Jess that he & Amber are Dick & Dani's biggest threats and if Dick were to win HOH they would hold things against Dustin because of the way he played in POV and that him and Amber are tight.

Dustin: if we were to let Eric go this week the risk would be greater.

Dustin is telling Jessica that he thinks Jen has something with D&D and she's been pulling Amber aside and feeding her info about Eric. Jessica says the same stuff and he said no, new stuff. But then they agree they don't believe Jen or trust her. Jessica pointed out that Jen insinuated that there was something between Eric and Amber, saying, You don't know? and Jessica said no.
Dustin says, I don't believe it.
Dustin says he cannot trust Jen because of the way she is now chummy with D/D and Eric.
