So here is the scoop on Team Pink.

They are Nadine and Natalie from New York City. They are twin sisters born in New York City. But their family is from Sri Lanka and they were raised there. They moved back to NYC when they were in their teens. One is attending college to become a physical therapist and the other works for a non-profit organization with ties to Sri Lanka.

In that shot of the dark green Team dude we see a tattoo on his right arm. That had been intentionally covered in all the time in Pasadena and LAX. It may provide a means to ID him.

I don't think the racer is Amy Purdy because she is a below the knee amputee. It could be Katy Sullivan except that Katy has a distinctive red hair color in every picture I can find of her.

Wow, I was all set to go with North's KAty find...but her race partner is clearly not either her husband or her prosthetic supplier.

On the other side, Amy and partner look to be VERY good matches.

Could someone show us what evidence we have for the level of OUR racer's amputation??
