Is there anyway to ask Mad Joe to clarify what he means regarding the U-Turn?

Is he saying that K/V are running last and had to face a U Turn?

Or is he saying that they finished last, and face a Speed Bump next leg?

Or is he saying they were U-Turned, then had a 30 minute penalty?

Or is it something else completely different?

Because what was reported weihan makes no sense in the context of the current rules of TAR.
