*And once again, expect a serving of granola — this time with a husband-wife squad of 60-something Oregon hippies. “They’re the real thing,” says Van Munster. “They come right out of the '60s. To a lot of people, it looks almost like they’re from a different planet.”

They looked to be mid to late 20s or even maybe early 30s. Both were wearing khaki trousers; the taller one was slightly heavyset and had reddish curly hair and was wearing a baseball cap and a blue T-shirt. The other had blonde to sandy blonde hair and no hat.~ Portland

I am not 100% trusting on the time "PDT" because all of their shots have that "PDT" added to the Flicker summary regardless of, or more clearly, without any real "PDT" indicator given in the camera data sets.

Looks like we speculated right that teams were headed to Buenos Aires via Chicago and Dulles (although no filming permits were found for either ORD or IAD.)

Yeah! I love it when this starts to happen, it always gives me something to do.

So, one thing that intrested me in the photo is that he has the X tattoo on his arm. I googled the meaning of it and got 2 answers that stood out. One menioned the person is "straight edge" and the other said it is the cross of St. Andrew. Maybe it can help with who he is later on.

I  remembered racers having a fanny pack with a patch stitched on it with the race colors of yellow and red. I think each a team member is given one. Maybe his partner has it then?

Okay so we have so far (also in spoilers only section) but worth a post here as well.

1.  A young blonde female team in pink.

2.  Two slacker males in their early to mid twenties.

3.  A team of Hippies (older team, male and female 40-50's perhaps oder) with long white hair

and they are going to Sao Paulo....

Sweet Jesus it is season 9.

Just kidding.

4.  A Mother (apparently or a Cougar perhaps....) with her fit son.  Team #6

5.  A young male/female couple.  No other description.

And we also have confirmation on 11 total teams.

God, have we ever had this much material within four days of the starting gate for an original season.

One thing to clarify.  Are the all caucasian?
