I can tell you that I'm already NOT looking forward to the episode where Rob & Amber get eliminated, i don't even know if I can watch, lol.  :mas25
and Welcome to the forum apskip :hithere:

:MC: :HH: :HNY:

One weird thing about TAR-AS will be that we already know, and maybe like, the first team that is eliminated.

I heard about the Amazing Race All Stars. As it turns out that I was on Guam for business this week and got to see a few of the All-Star teams complete in some challenges. For the sake of integrity, I won't mention what teams I saw but I did get to see them do the road blocks. It was interesting to see the behind the scenes part of it all just for a few minutes of footage. They did their competition on the AF base there and it was pretty cool. We were not allowed to take pictures for obvious reasons. I can't wait to see the episodes air in Feb to see how it turns out.

:cmas20 Thanks, Puddin. Can we deduce anything from the "ride-alongs," the non-competitors on the flight out of Guam? (btw, outbacksports.com is an apparel company, your link-outsports.com--is...something else   ;D )

A poster at sucks is giving the order of arrival at Guam (or at least at some point in Guam).  Have no iea on how accurate it it is.

But he list Charla & Mirna first with a big lead, tehn Eric & Danielle, BQ's and in last Danny & Oswald.

Don't know if this is hte same poster (or info from that same source above that Puddin links to).

http://p085.ezboard.com/fsurvivorsucksfrm23.showMessageRange?topicID=7459.topic&start=581&stop=595

This was a witness of a roadblock.

And if true does seem to indicate that this is where team Cha Cha Cha gets eliminated and it plays into the returning flight scedule.

But of course with so much already given (the teams, teh return flight, a report f Guam and teh Airforce, it is possible someone could just be making this up with those facts in mind.  SO grain of salt and all that.

hey, i posted the spoiler at sucks. I got the link from puddin at this forum and i pm'd this chevy character and he replied to me with this information:

Charla/Mirna were first with (again) a huge lead
Eric/Danielle were next followed by...
BQ's and...
Cha Cha Chas's (still in it in guam apparently)

Thanks for the link puddin...if he gets back to you post what he says, it may go to his credibility

We just had the final four (I believe) come through here. It will be neat to see what the teams were able to do.

We don't see much coming through Guam so we're excited.

Is this the message referred to? There are a couple of confirmations: first, that U/J and the Guidos are on the same sequester flight (Continental, through Nagoya); second, there is a Glenn Weber working NW at Guam (see here). So it seems like the racers went on NW through Narita.

Thanks Slowhatch :cmas0. I totally missed that post .
So they got the headsup on Dec 13th
Saw Ucheena & Joyce the Guidos and Dec 15th but missed Phil.
and then the demanding blonde's and other contestants on the 16th on flight to Narita and then Honolulu.
Great confirmation for the timeline.

If any of you are fans of the CBS hit reality show "The Amazing Race,"
you will be pleasantly surprised to know that GUAM will be one of the
featured stops in next season's show. For those of you who are not or
who have no clue as to what I'm talking about, I'll tell my groupie
story anyway.

Last Wednesday, we were given a heads-up by airport security that the
show was expected on-island, and although they weren't sure which
airline they were going to use they wanted to ensure there were no
issues with filming. Thursday came and went, and we didn't see anyone.
My co-worker Edgar and I met up with the producer and two cameramen on
Friday, and they told us that Phil (the host) was over at CO's counter
checking on for the flight to Nagoya/Honolulu. We chatted with the
staff and then, like a bunch of groupies, we went looking for Phil. We
ended up missing him. Edgar and I got separated somehow, but I bumped
into Joyce and Uchenna (the couple from Houston who won about two
seasons ago ) in the departure lobby. Joyce talked about having to
shave all of her hair in that one episode. It's growing back slowly,
and the short hairstyle looks good on her. I had a pretty long chat
with them and two other male winners (I don't recall their names, but
they said they were known as "the jerks" in their season). They were
all very nice and were only too happy to talk about their experiences on
the show. When I finally said goodbye and was making my way back to the
office, I met up with Uchenna again. He gave me a hug and a kiss and
told me to give my regards to John (I told them earlier that John was
also a huge fan of the show and that he is currently deployed to Iraq).
Ladies, he is definitely attractive and is quite the charmer!

Anyhow, that's part of the season's "surprise" (having previous winners
on the show). Virtually all of the footage was filmed up at Andersen
Air Force Base, although they will show some island scenes. The
cameramen we met said that one lady in a van drove up to them at the
base. She's a huge fan of the show, too, and pleaded with them to get
her picture taken with the clue box. They thought it was funny.

We were told that the contestants were going to leave the next afternoon
(Saturday) on our flight to Narita and then Honolulu. Luckily, these
were one-way normal tickets (the Airport Ticket Office is closed on
weekends), and it's a fairly easy process if a check-in agent has a
little bit of ticketing experience. One of our veteran Operations
supervisors (Glenn Weber) said that rookie Operations supervisor Hank
was going to be on duty that day. We nearly fell off our chairs
laughing. Turns out Glenn wanted to have fun with us and that he was
the one that was going to work that day. He later said that Saturday
was quite hectic, and there were some pretty demanding blonde
contestants. When they left the counter, the other contestants were
making fun of them. Glenn was the person who issued virtually all of
their tickets, so he's sure to be seen on national TV.

Anyhow, thanks for indulging me. Remember to look out for Northwest's
very own Glenn Weber and GUAM on the next season of "The Amazing Race!"

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your families!

chevy's post seems out on synch unless he posted the same day he saw the teams? or is the Guam time difference messing me up  :cmas10?

I will die if Charla and Minra win.  For starters they are not even good in the airport look at when teams flew to Russia they were last leaving Argentina!!  Two they are not even strong and the tasks are made easier for them, and three Mirna is a real nasty person from AR and BONERS she was just nasty.  Now i dont like Colin but calling someone a criminal is pretty nasty, i really hope ED or the BQs when they win they do to Mirna what she did to Ryan Star on BONERS!!

From LiquidSaffire's posting, who are the male/male team aka "the jerks"?  LiqSaf does not mention Charla and Mirna.  :cmas5 Obviously I got lost somewhere.  Thanks for the help.

Jonathans take on All-Stars

Amazing Race All Stars Without Jonathan & Victoria?

Reality TV Magazine:  Can you tell us the names of any of the teams that are definitely participating?

Jonathan Baker:   I was traveling in December and to my surprise saw then final teams come in to the USA.  Because I am a fan of the show I will not be the one that puts any information out into the universe until the teams are announced.

Reality TV Magazine:  Are there any other former racers participating in the show in some other way, perhaps being used as decoys by CBS to throw off fans who might spot the teams?

Jonathan Baker:  NO.

Reality TV Magazine: Who is your personal pick to win Amazing Race All-Stars?

Jonathan Baker:  I am a big fan of Dustin and Kandice for the win.  I hope Rob and Amber place top three, all others good luck.

Reality TV Magazine:  Is there anything else that you can tell us about Amazing Race All-Stars?

Jonathan Baker
:  Well if it does not have Jonathan and Victoria, Colin and Christy, Chip and Kim, The Hippies, and Jon and Kris alongside Rob and Amber and Dustin and Kandice then it just is not Amazing Race All Stars.

We know Jonathug reads the spoiler boards so I'll guess and say he pulled his surprise while traveling out of his ass. Everyone that reads the spoilers boards know who the final 3 are.
