Actually there is a Restaurant 101 in Brooklyn & one in Staten Island -- she works at the one in S.I. (not this one).
Funny, though -- I made up the whole "cocktail waitress in Bay Ridge Brooklyn" (right across the bridge from S.I.) thing just because of the hair. I had no idea I was right, just a neighborhood off.... lol
