And we are back on the air! :cheer:

Previously on TAR, a whopping 14 teams set off on the craziest journey around the world! In a season of surprises, teams faced the first ever Fork in the Road ending in two elims. In the lion dance, Carson & Jack had the right moves to win 1st. While Nick & Mike couldn't keep the beat. In the Cantonese opera, Alyssa & Josiah struck the right notes for 1st. Frantic taxi battles ensued and led to Mark & Larry and Jackye & Lauren's demise. Coming up tonight, the INTERSECTION is back! The fallout shakes up the race.

Fly to Osaka, Japan! It's an Expedia-inspired adventure. Sometime in the leg, teams will encounter the Intersection.

Carson & Jack are going to a travel agency! Woohoo!!!

Carson & Jack are platonic soulmates, are nerds and heroes. They believe they are all-powerful. Brett & Mark depart in 2nd. They are opposites when it comes to running the race. Ernest & Bridget depart in 3rd. Bridget sees Ernest as more authoritarian while they are now more collaborative. Bridget raps. "Home doggy dog, why you looking at me?" - Unintentional title quote of the episode

We come back to Bernie & Carrgain leaving in 4th. They are excited to be in the top of the pack. They are asking the driver if they know the travel agency. They've been friends for 7 years and fight a lot. They have love each other nonetheless.

Carson & Jack arrive at the Crocodile travel agency. Let the drama begin! Brett & Mark arrive. The agency is in a multilevel business complex. Carson & Jack's agent sees a Cathay Pacific flight and then goes over a risky connection to Taipei.

Alyssa & Josiah leave in 5th. Josiah says they have slim margin for error right now. Nick & Mike and Courtney & Jasmin leave in 6th and 7th. Jon & Ana leave in 8th. Ana learned a lot from their mistake in Leg 1 and reveal it's their anniversary!

Carson & Jack leave on the 6:05 flight to Osaka. Bernie & Carri are going to the 13th floor agency. Nick & Mike and Courtney & Jasmin file in, but... it's the wrong place. "I don't know how that happened." - Courtney. Bernie doesn't want to feed into the negative energy Carri is giving off. Nick & Mike also go back.

Brett & Mark are on the 6:04 flight. Scott & Lori depart in 9th. They met in a mission and were first pen pals. Pops & Jeff leave in 10th and Jeff (younger) reveals they've never been there. Melinda & Erika and Han & Holden depart in 11th and last.

Alyssa & Josiah book a 6:35 flight to not risk the layover. Everyone else is also on it.

Never mind, Pops & Jeff just missed the 6:35. They are on the 7:35.  Scott & Lori, Bernie & Carrigain, and Melinda & Erika are also on this one. Jumped the gun on this one.

Vegas performers, DnD, and MC Bridget & Ernest leaving on the first flight. Bernie & Carrigain, Melinda & Erika, Jeff 2x, and Scott & Lori looking to get on economy for the second earliest flight, but unfortunately no luck. Bernie & Carrigain need to make a decision and are arguing right behind mom and daughter and Jeff 2x. "Failed". "The girls left, they gave up."

Erika says Melinda is 65 now and they are pulling all the strings necessary as well as Jeff 2x. They got on the second earliest flight while Scott & Lori and Bernie & Carri gave up. Melinda says it was a great feeling to persevere.

DnD, Vegas, and MC Bridget are all running for the taxi queue. Carson speaks a little bit of Japanese. Second flight arrive! Mad sprint! Han & Holden says nobody is taking a taxi from them right now. Jon & Ana are in the 4th place lead. Courtney & Jasmin have better luck with a taxi today while Melinda & Erika and Jeff 2x are off too!

Ernest & Bridget arrive at the tower. They see the clue box! ROUTE INFO: Take a taxi to Namba Hatch! Intersection ahead! Time to pair up and mutually consented upon.

Brett & Mark arrive at the clue box in 2nd followed by Carson & Jack in 3rd. They both react expediently to the news. Carrigain & Bernie and Scott & Lori touch down in Osaka.

Ernest & Bridget arrive at the Intersection and are at the mercy of whomever shows up now. Brett & Mark arrive and split up Carson & Jack from them excitedly. DnD arrive right behind. The gamers are now waiting. ROADBLOCK: "Who's ready to beat the competition?"

One team member from each team must perform a complicated taiko drum composition.

We get musical notes on easels next to the locker room for the performers. Mark used to be in band. He understands rhythm and knew exactly what the song was.

Alyssa & Josiah speed reading in 5th. Han & Holden and Nick & Mike see the clue in 6th and 7th. Courtney & Jasmin read it in 8th. "Orange stayed with their taxi and so did black." - Han & Holden are missing their taxi.

Melinda & Erika and Jeff 2x pick up the RI clue in 9th and 10th.
