All teams essentially guessing while Hung & Chee are paying attention to the rest of the melodies. A huge disappointment for everyone with multiple guesses and NOT reading the clue. Madisson kicks a suitcase to the side /cue dramatic slowdown effect/

Commercial break.

Have to disagree because I've really enjoyed seeing the city this leg. So many locations. We wouldn't have that if we had harder tasks. The harder the task, the less of Manila we'd see. So actually, I am finding it lovely and refreshing. I obviously enjoy a route marker, detour and roadblock. But this is fun. Don't mind it staying!

We come back to this game of mega musical chairs, almost. "This is stupid" - Will

Hung & Chee are verifying their countries' songs while James is stumped and wants to talk to Hung & Chee. They give in and help each other because they think it's too hard. They try various combinations between the other two legs because it's that hard.

DeAngelo & Gary see everyone else helping and step it on high gear. DeAngelo & Gary is ONE flag position away from being correct. Ohmygosh.

Everybody else has the wrong permutation. "We tried every possible combination."

Riley & Madisson set up their combination and are correct. Make your way back to Lapu Lapu Circle for the Pit Stop. Last team to check in WILL be eliminated.

Volleyballers head off while DeAngelo & Gary feel very defeated. Will & James and Hung & Chee move on in 2nd and 3rd with each other's help. DeAngelo & Gary take a 2-hour penalty for not finishing an active RI.

Riley & Madisson are TEAM NUMBER ONE and move on to the final three. Will & James are TEAM NUMBER TWO.

Phil says one team is missing. "Thank God." - James

DeAngelo & Gary wrap up their penalty and are the last team to arrive. "The race sucked. I probably will never come on the show again." DeAngelo. He says that before jocosely explaining their appreciation for the opportunity they got and are proud they are bringing home new memories.

Final three montage.

The heel turn of DeAngelo justifying the U-Turn by saying it's just a game to claiming the Race sucked when everyone ganged up on them... that pretty much sums the season up. Hoping for a very competitive finale!

Even though the NFL players still got eliminated the fact the other 3 team's brute force attempt initially failed felt like karmic justice.

Just gonna say it...

The route for this season was great! The teams...they kinda ruined it. I liked Gary and Deangelo up until DeAngelo’s comments at the mat and the hypocrisy of the other three throughout the race (and as others have said, this brings back flashbacks of TAR 23) plus everyone else was kind of bland. Too bad, I was really hoping that finally have a non-gimmick season and just normal teams would make a great season but the cast just really ruined the season for me imo.

Tbh Riley & Maddison are the only ones who deserve to be in the Final 3, the other two were just leeches so I guess I’ll root for them in the Final 3 but man was this a disappointing season cast-wise. Lol really bringing back memories of 23 with Leo and Jamal really being one of the only likable teams that season and then three teams I really didn’t like who got there due to an alliance

DeAngelo & Gary missing the correct combination by just one flag without any help was absolutely heartbreaking. Reminded me very much of Henry & Evan during the USS Alameda final memory task two seasons ago.

I can get why ppl so upset about the helping in the final challenge on the penultimate leg, especially three teams working together but it has been done before, i mean last season T/K helped the zen team to locate the boot on s31 penultimate leg.

On the other side, i do think it is a pretty good penultimate leg, the we actually see many sides of Manila that we haven't seen before and the mini memory challenge is so nail bitting and great

And had either or both of the two other teams taken them up on the offer they would've been out of there before Hung & Chee got there because it was pretty clear the NFLers were the only one that actually read the clue.
