In Trinidad, teams partied at Carnaval! But once on the neighboring island of Tobago, it was all business. Kellie & LaVonne stumbled and Gary hit a low note. While Michelle was in tune. In the end, Hung & Chee won the leg and Nathan & Cody came up short.

After completing the first leg, teams found out they were still racing and must fly to Bogota, Colombia!

DeAngelo & Gary are currently in last place. Overcoming is their main motto right now.

Leo & Alana arrive at the Tobago Airport followed by Jerry & Frank. Frank appreciates Jerry and Jerry heavily relies on Frank.

All teams flying to Bogota.

Earlier, I missed that Phil said the 8,000 ft+ altitude of the city could push teams to exhaustion.

We come back to teams landing at El Dorado Int'l Airport in a mad dash for taxis. Phil reveals teams must travel to Nemocon Salt Mine and search the tunnels which cover 2 acres for a 10 or 20 minute hourglass and sign up for a departure time in the next morning. Yield covered with a Colin & Christie flashback from season 5.

Hung & Chee and Eswar & Aparna arrive at the mine 1st and 2nd! They locate a dog and Hung proceeds to pet it. La Mina Mine signup board must be done AFTER picking up an hourglass.

Gary & DeAngelo find a 10-minute hourglass, but leave it to pick a 20-minute one as well as Will & James and the volleyballers.

Hung & Chee, Will & James, Riley & Madisson, DeAngelo & Gary, and Eswar & Aparna (10 minute hourglass) sign up on the first departure time. Everyone else on the second time.

Kaylynn & Hayley and Michelle & Victoria find a 20-minute hourglass. All teams are packed like sardines for a night inside the mine. :lol: What an experience!

1st Group departs: Teams must travel on foot to Templo Parraquil San Francisco de Asis and search for a piece of emerald or gold artifact. Then, travel through traffic. Emerald pickers must travel to Plazoleta del Rosario. The gold diggers must deliver it to an archaeologist.

Riley: "Basically we have to find our dad." :lol:

Universidad del Rosario is the correct delivery site for the gold raft. My mistake.

Teams are confused where they must deliver their emeralds, meanwhile Riley & Madisson greets the archaeologist which says the gold is a fake. :lol: He confesses he was about to rip his beard out.

DeAngelo & Gary and Hung & Chee get their clue. Riley & Madisson is missing their cab and are freaking out. Eswar & Aparna and Will & James catch up and pass the volleyballers.

Will & James arrive at the Roadblock and choose not to Yield. Will is forced to do the RB by James. "Stop being weak." Aparna does the Roadblock, choosing not to Yield.

Meanwhile, DeAngelo & Gary arrive at the Carrera parking yard. Customize a Volveta, making sure to attach the horn to the front of their truck.
