I have been watching this tv show (reality tv show about putting people in a house to quit smoking).. It has persuaded  me to finally quit after 13 years.... I have been smoke free since last night during the show, which isn't long, but I am working on it... If you smoke, and want to quit, I sugest you watch at least 1 episode! :)()

Wendy how are you doing?   i hope everything is going well.  Is this show still on?  What channel is it on?  i just could not imagine all the people making it out alive... Just thinking about a large number of people all in one house and all quiting cold turkey makes me cringe.  Someone is likely to get hurt, lol.

I do believe it is still on- I quit watching it... It was too scary
