A little late, but I only just found this site and identified it was AR Aus.
I was in Seoul on holidays (from Australia, ironically) when they filmed the race start. 20th August 2019
Some pictures and videos looking down from my hotel room, and later on the ground.

Update. Ignoring the many pretend starts they filmed over and over, the official start time was 14:18 UTC+9

These are AMAZING!! Thanks for the time frame as well. SO excited to see! Were yu able to here anything as they got a clue? As in go to....

SO Funny to have a non AUs start, but looks exciting!!

I didnt get to hear their clue. I was a few minutes later then I needed to be. My plan was to walk to the other side of the park from the line. Knowing they would grab their bags from the middle and then disperse along the sidewalk to read them. However instead of videoing one of the many fake starts they had already done, I caught the actual one and had no time to get in position.
