If they left last night around 9pm, I bet it was not for the airport, so leg 2 could be somewhere driving distance...
If they just set up the cars last night but left this morning, then anything goes!

They left early this AM 4-5AM. Next location coming as soon as we think they are there.

Knowing this show, I'd say there's a good bet on Craigellachie. That's the site of the "last spike", where they completed the national railroad. That's kind of a big deal in Canadian history.

There is a large stone monument there.
Three Valley Gap has a "ghost town" which is a collection of salvaged buildings from the area.

Nothing so far :(

I'm sure what'll help us, too, is that this year we have a team fans of the show since the beginning will recognize by name. Dave's still sporting that same blue coat and neon green hat from 6 years ago. He'll be tough to miss

Nothing definitive yet, but here are some interesting things I've seen while monitoring the webcams at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. A white pickup truck with a canopy has been parked at the resort for a few hours and some people have gathered near the pickup. Just a few minutes ago, another truck pulled up next to the pickup. Also, a guy in street clothes was on the slopes, and he didn't have skis.

Teams were spotted racing out of the museum with a camera man running behind. One team stopped and asked city workers where the Revelstoke Mountain Resort was and also information on how to get around a Canadian Pacific train. At the time, a train had stopped and was blocking the road crossing in front of the museum....

Train is currently stopped outside the museum. It also stopped around 1 PM & 1:50 PM.

wow lol we went from nothing to almost the whole leg spoiled

So we know team # 5 and team #7 are safe.
Peach mentioned 10 cars spotted, could we finally have a leg 1 NEL? (it would fit with the second chance theme)

Sue's Question about the cars In LIVE:

Are these two teams entering & leaving the Railroad Museum? 3:04 PM PDT

In the TAR US versions there is ALWAYS a placard with a # or letter in the car they use, usually in R) rear back. So they can be ID'd by production. Not sure if TARC does the same...but I don't see anything on the rear of the black one?? Esp if it is the same one held up by train...

Glad they at least put the BC legs together again this year. The last 2 seasons did the same weird pattern.

Wonder if this now means Leg 3 is transiting back to Vancouver and out...westward :)

Where are you getting the F/F sighting from? I think we only saw 9 at Timmies &  5 at the Railroad Museum.

That drive from Revelstoke along the Canadian Rockies to Banff is one of the most beautiful and scenic drives that I had. I hope the weather cooperates and everyone can see the beauty. We all know that TARCan is a Canadian tourism show disguised as the Amazing Race.  :funny:

I'm not expecting a Banff leg since they've just been there but they might continue their drive to Calgary and fly out from there to Asia.  :cheer:

There is a pic of Red Backpacks. I think those belong to Team 4.

Man, I wonder what happened to Jet and Dave. LOL

But with the sign-in sheets being of just 8 teams, I can't think of something that would save the two teams not seen... lol
Unless they do like in TAR China, where one team has the chance to come back
