Season 4 of Australian Survivor is finally here!

We open up with waves crashing onto the shore and we then we finally see Jon, staying on the spot the Moron (sorry lovers), begs Lee to drop, so she can get though to the finale.

'Last year, Samoa witnessed one of the greatest battles in Survivour. Once more, Samoa bears witness. Towering nature mets natural wonders. 24 people are on their way to battle. 24 people, 1 Survivor!'

It is now magically the colour of darkness and it is raining!

The contestants are on a barge

Mark W (Dean Jones lookalike), has served in the army for 16 years.

Locky has done all of the adventure things. He thinks he will win!

It is now dawn! Magic

Jacqui is a marriage consultant. 'I only have to beat 23'

The Face model Sarah is on the island. She wants people to underestimate her.

The other Mark what's to win it for his grandchildren.

'These 24 contestants with be marooned for 54 days, with just the clothes on the back'

Jarrod is doing Survivor, for all of those who look different.

Joan thinks that she is better than last season's contestants.

Ak wants to be known as the player who makes all of the great moves.

Jon arrives on a speedboat. He askes a little bit about the contestants and then gives them their buffs: The people on the right-hand side of the screen will be in the tribe called Asanga (teal) and the peeople of the left are called Samatal (purple). He then explains their first challenge...

Jon doesn't know what a man bun is!

There can load as many supplies (building materials and food), onto their rafts. However, 200 metres away on the beach, is a massive bag of rice! Only one team can win it! When they are ready, they can swim to shore. Only when all tribe members and supplies are on the beach, will they be able to grab the bags of rice!

The tribe that wins the bag of the rice, will get to keep everything they have! The losing tribe will have nothing!

The nets are launched!

Jon does some annoying commentary, while they load up.

Asanga is the first tribe to start paddling. Mark W starts to lead them. Closely behind are Samatal, but they have lost most of their supplies! They are chucking stuff off it, to make it lighter and it works! They are catching up.

The shore has a serious rip and is very steep! Asanga are first there...

Intro finishes and we see crystal blue water! And an island! Fantasic!

We cross to Samatau (correct spelling!), as they arrive at their beach and their campsite. Mark H says it's a beautiful spot. They are delighted to have won the challenge.

Tara's radar is going everywhere! He wants to get to know the others. She tells them that she is a stay-at-home mum and rides horses!

AK is next to introduce himself, then Locky, Adam, Mark!

They decide to build a shelter first and then work on a fire.

Locky knows that he will be targeted, because he is leading the camp.

However, Tara will follow him around like a puppy dog!

AK is being a smartass to him. And he didn't do anything! But goes into the water to speak to Mark. He is here to win the game and tries to suck up to them.

We are back! (Lee the runner-up from last season did an ad with aired for Holden)

We now see Asanga arrive at their camp. They once again hug each other.

Remember, they have no food, water or fire. Joan is Postive Peter, telling everyone that they WILL find food!

They once again decide to start building shelter. They have no idea where to do so!

They finally decide on where to build it, thanks to someone I don't know. He's two boys have austism

. When he wins Survivor, he will spend it on a nice dress for his wife and spend the rest on the casino!

Dean Jones look-alike thinks he can build a better shelter. He is not going to tell the others he was in the army, because he thinks they will target him.

Kent is the oldest contestant this year. He is 51 and a Chief Finance Officer. He once swam the English Channel. He wants to find the 'dickhead' and point him out!

. He also goes searching for the Immunity Idol!

It is sunset at Samatau. Everybody is relaxing, expect for AK. He will find though things doing the night. He hopes for bad weather (this guy is the real dickhead, think about Nick from last year!)

It is raining and Tara is sick and goes for a spew! Then AK, comes over and asks if they are 'OK'. She thinks he is playing the game too hard and too early.

We are back and the sun is rising at Samatau on the second day.

Mark doesn't think anyone in his tribe, will know how much tough this game will get. Mark and another girl find Tree Mail!

A challenge is coming! It requires one person to go. Mark and Adam will go, thinking that it is a fire-making challenge! They need it to cook their rice! They head off...

Asaga choose Mark and a girl.

Michelle tells us that they NEED fire!

Jon meets the contestants. He asks them some questions about they slept and stuff like that. He then goes on to explain the challenge:

Fire is the most important thing in Survivor. They are cook their food, boil water and keep warm. They can make fire. The first team to make a fire that can burn a rope, will win a fire torch and some Flint.

Mark from Samatau is ahead. However, all they have is smoke.

Mark from Asanga has some fire. He is scrapping some magnesium a particular way, apparently. Samatau's fire has just start to burn the rope.

Asanga now has fire!

'Trust me, you need fire to survive the 55 days in this game!'

Mark is very disappointed that they couldn't get fire, but says they will get it going this afternoon.

Asanga are very happy with their win! Jacqui feels like the schoo captain!

Joan is crying she is so happy! She is cute and I hope she goes far!

Mark feels exposed and feels like he has put himself in a bad position.

It is dawn of Day 3 at Asanga and we see members of the tribe, trying to spear a shark

They have started their fire and Joan tells others around it, that she slept though the night! Some other people are annoyed.

Joan hopes for a puzzle challenge, as she is an Escape Room owner (I wonder if I will see her, when I do one next week

).

They are off to the challenge...

The challenge is an obstacle course!

Jon asks some more annoying questions. He is already annoying me and it is only the first episode!

It works like this: Ten members from each tribe will scramble though some low obstacles. Two members will replace a cargo net and then drag some crates to get over a tower. Once all members are on the mat, they can build a human pyramid and then complete the puzzle. The first tribe to complete it, win win immunity!

'Survivor's ready? Go!'

The puzzle makers for Asanga are Kent and Joan, while the puzzle makers for Samatau are Aaron and Annalise.

It is neck-to-neck early on, but Samatau break away on the crates.

'The crates are heavy!' Oh really? Samatau still have a lead.

'You do not want to be the first contestant to go home!'

Samatau build a human prymaid to get everyone up!

Asanga need to pick it up! They have all of their blocks in place and are climbing up!

It is neck and neck again! Asanga are first on the mat and now must build a human pyramid. AIMEE FALLS FROM THE TOP! Jarrod goes up now and REACHES THE BAG and are now on the puzzle!

Joan cannot get the knot undone and is costing the tribe big time!

SAMATAU TAKE THEIR PUZZLE OFF! Will it cost them?

BUT IT WORKS AND THEY WIN IMMUNITY! Asanga will be facing Tribal Council tonight!

The new Immunity Idol is in the hands of Samatau and they also WIN FLINT!

Kent thinks either him or Joan will go home. Joan feels nervous, but will fight!

We cross back to Asanga, as they arrive back at camp.

Kent asks do you blame a full-forward who kicks 10 goals in the game, but misses a shot to win it?

Kent, Jacqui and the others have a chat about eliminating Joan...

Joan has a chat with a man (sorry, don't know who!). She knows that her head is on the chopping block and wants to talk to people. She will vote for Kent.

Someone thinks that if you take the puzzle, then you need to take responsibly for the loss. STOP PICKING ON JOAN!!!
