I dug around in the archives of the Arusha newspaper where the original story came from. The story says a hearing was going to be held on  May 31st. I checked the entire month of June and there was no further mention. I'd have to guess that CBS got it dismissed. Certainly she wouldn't have gotten 2 million dollars.
