Looks like it's the poster's itinerary across Italy. She started in the north (Verona, Venice) on Days 1-2 and worked her way down to Naples on Day 7. Let's check back on her Instagram account in a day to see where the ferry was headed! Tunisia? Albania? Croatia?

Some of these ferries don't run everyday, so we could narrow it down further.

Tunisia is not a good place for them go anymore. Is Albania safe? I don't know much about that one.

The poster has been hitting the major tourist destinations in Italy. If I were a teenage girl on a summer holiday, Corfu (or maybe Athens via Patras) looks pretty likely, eh?

I thought Dubrovnik would have been possible, but the 10pm departure doesn't jive with the photo in daylight.

Well, Albania should be safe since Albania-USA have great relations. But in other hand, it's known as country of criminal and drugs.
But I'm pretty sure that coastal cities are safe.

I'd say that they may visit Budva (Montenegro), Shkoder (Albania) - unvisited countries, or some Croatian or Greek island maybe?

Sighting looks like it's on a ferry (with a large yellow circle for a helipad on the deck). The poster was last near Naples... but a third leg in Italy?

This is really exciting!! I've been longing for a moving pit-stop (if that's it) and it generally excites me when they travel to the destination of their next leg in another country NOT by plane

When I searched on Google with keyword "ferry from venice", the top results are ferries between Venice and Croatia. Maybe the next destination is Croatia?

PS: I added a screenshot taken from http://www.venezialines.com/ for possible destinations in Croatia from Venice. Just in case that they're really going to Croatia.

I'm thinking the next leg has already started, with the teams traveling by land from Venice to the south to board the ferry, to a destination not directly connected to Venice (e.g. Greece).

Her last picture before this one, was in Sorrento. That's way down south, near Naples. So from there if she wanted to come to Greece the logical thing to do was to go to Bari and from there, there are everyday several boats to Corfu, Igoumenitsa or Patra. The trip is usually done overnight.
Another option would be a ferry to Sicily or through there to Malta but they did that in TAR 25 so that's unlikely.
One last thing comes to mind maybe a ferry to Sardinia or Corsica? but that's also not very likely.

P.S. But there is a boat from Venice to Greece, it just takes 24 hours travelling. So why would they not take that, if they were coming to Greece?

I found a picture of the Europa Palace Ferry, which may match ours;

This ferry used to go Venice to Corfu ,but it appears that it's current route is Trieste to Greece.

Treste is about 4.5 hrs + from Venice by train.

Her Colosseum photo shows a badge and strap for EF Tours; I haven't found a match yet, but the only thing that comes close to her itinerary (and includes a night ferry) is the Italy/Greece package.
